10 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT… SYAFIQUE SHUIB

(1) I was born in Ottawa. I was raised in Morocco, Indonesia and China. I am now based in Malaysia.

(2) I was four when my Dad passed away. I was the last person to be with him and we were in a foreign country. No English. No Bahasa Malaysia.

(3) I am a left-hander! Yes, I hold the pen in a funny way.

(4) I am currently the Senior Communications Executive at 1Malaysia Foundation. I used to be a magazine writer and broadcast journalist!

(5) Oprah Winfrey taught me to Live My Best Life and that anything is possible. Look at her. I believe her.

(6) I am a DREAMER!

(7) I started blogging ‘seriously’ in 2006. It was called CURIOUS SYAF (http://curioussyaf.blogspot.com)

(8) I am an introvert, but that doesn’t mean I don’t talk. And when I do talk, you better watch out!

(9) I am a Social Media addict. Yes, I’m on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Gratitude Log and what else??

(10) I eat Nasi Lemak once a week. I crave for it during weekdays and I eat a plate (or two) of Nasi Lemak Bungkus on Sunday with my weekend papers.
